Si Environmental, LLC (“Si Enviro”) has been and will continue to be the Operator of your District’s water and wastewater system. We are deeply committed to meeting all your water utility service needs with enthusiasm and pride. We are currently working on a change to the software systems related to customer billing. This change will improve how you access your account and provide several additional payment options. To ensure transparency, we will keep you informed throughout the transition.
Once the conversion is complete you will have a new account number, due to the changes in account numbers, remittance addresses, and contact information, you will be required to register a new online account and update any recurring payment options you may currently use.
After the software transition and one complete billing cycle, you will be able to view your Billing History, Payment History and Pay Your Bill using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or electronic check. We provide an online experience that is not only convenient but also secure, ensuring your peace of mind.
