Newport MUD Board of Directors would like to thank Ron Keaver of West Texas Drum company for the donation of 11 new blue drums for trash receptacles on the Parks and Trails of Newport.
Director Gary Hasse and Director Earl Boykin ride the trails each month to make sure the parks and trails are up to their standards.
The Directors noticed the trash receptacles (white ones) were looking unacceptable and decided to have them replaced and also add additional locations. Ron Keaver of West Texas Drum was notified and made the district a generous donation of the new drums. These drums are easily noticed, and nice new drums are welcomed addition.
