We are aware of and sincerely apologize for the double charge last month to residents that are enrolled in recurring Credit Card payments. We have been working with our billing and payment processing provider daily to ensure every resident receives a full refund for both the extra monthā€™s payment and the processing fee.
The double charge for monthly billing only affected those only on recurring Credit Card payments, those with ACH auto bank drafting were not affected.
As of June 11, all credits have been submitted and residents should see extra charges credited back to their card or account within 3-5 business days.
