In cooperation with actions taken by Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo, Newport MUD will be closing all Parks and Trails throughout the District through Easter weekend to encourage social distancing in order to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
The closures begin Thursday, April 9th at 9:00 p.m., and will last until April 13th 2020.
